Leadership Can Be Hit or Miss
Pros: Some team leads are really supportive, especially when you're new in the Chicago office. They're good about helping you learn the ropes for import/export operations. It's a decent place to start for entry-level Logistics Coordinator roles.
Cons: Upper management isn't always great at communicating decisions. You often feel out of the loop on bigger company changes. There's also not much transparency in leadership's long-term vision, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open with the whole team. Share company goals and explain changes better. Employees want to feel like they're part of the bigger picture.
