Decent stability for Operations roles in Singapore
Pros: Job security felt pretty solid as an Operations Executive here. I didn't worry about layoffs much during my time. It's a stable, corporate type of company in Singapore.
Cons: Growth can be slow though. Promotions for service delivery roles don't happen fast. Sometimes you feel a bit stuck, the industry isn't super innovative.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer paths for career progression in service delivery and operations roles. It would help retain talent.

Solid Job Security, But Growth is Slow
Pros: As an Operations Coordinator, I've felt pretty secure here. They don't do sudden layoffs, which is good for the Singapore job market. The consistent workflow in logistics really helps with that.
Cons: While job security is solid, career growth isn't fast. It's a mid-sized company, so there aren't many upward moves available. Salaries don't jump much year to year, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Management should think about clearer paths for internal promotions. It'd boost morale and help retain talent that values career advancement.

Okay for Project Engineers, Culture Needs Work
Pros: I learned a ton about managing **engineering projects** and the **construction industry** here. My immediate team in the **Singapore office** was really supportive, which helped with getting through tough schedules.
Cons: The overall **company culture** can feel pretty old-school. There's a lot of micromanagement, especially in **project management** roles, which makes it tough to feel trusted. It's a pretty rigid, **onsite** environment.
Advice to Management: Trust your employees more and empower project teams. Less micromanaging would go a long way in improving morale and making people want to stay.
