Pros: I liked the team here, everyone was pretty collaborative. The hybrid work setup in our San Francisco, CA office was a solid plus, letting me balance office days with WFH easily.
Cons: Career growth for Software Engineer roles feels really stuck. There aren't clear promotion paths, even for a mid-sized tech company. It's tough to see how you'll move up.
