Pros: My direct leadership team was usually supportive, especially with project deadlines. They do push for some professional development, which is nice for Project Manager roles. There's good job security too, which is a plus for a big tech company.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch with daily operations for those of us in an onsite capacity. Communication can be a real struggle between departments. There's a lot of talk about new initiatives but not much follow-through from the top.
Advice to Management: Try to bridge the gap between executive decisions and the ground-level reality. More transparency and less bureaucracy would really help morale.
