Solid Place to Grow in Wellness Sales
Pros: Working as a Sales Representative in the wellness industry here has been great. The pay and benefits are solid for Jakarta, making it a good place to be. My team is really supportive, and I've gained valuable experience with health products. It's a stable environment, offering good learning and development chances.
Cons: It gets pretty busy during new product launches and when hitting sales targets. Sometimes, the promotion pathway feels a bit slow. Also, inter-departmental communication could definitely be improved for better efficiency.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining the internal promotion process and improving cross-functional communication to enhance overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Sales Executive

Decent sales experience, but career growth is slow.
Pros: The sales team here is pretty solid. I learned a lot about the FMCG industry and selling herbal wellness products in Indonesia. There's good product training and decent compensation if you hit your targets. The Jakarta office environment is generally okay.
Cons: Career growth for Sales Executive roles feels really limited. Promotions don't come often, and there isn't a clear path up. You can feel stuck after a couple of years. Internal mobility isn't great, especially within the sales department of this multinational company.
Advice to Management: Invest more in clear career progression plans, especially for sales roles. Create mentorship programs and offer more professional development opportunities for employees who want to advance within the company.
