Supportive Team in a Dynamic Logistics Environment
Pros: Working at Anteraja, the team culture is genuinely supportive. My logistics colleagues are always helpful, making daily tasks easier. I've learned a lot about supply chain operations and enjoy the collaborative environment for career development in this dynamic delivery industry. Good learning opportunities.
Cons: Workload can be intense during peak delivery seasons. Communication between some departments isn't always as clear as it could be, occasionally slowing down processes. There's room for improvement in streamlining internal approvals.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving inter-departmental communication and streamlining internal approval processes. Clearer paths for career progression would also be beneficial for employee retention.

Work-life balance is tough in e-commerce logistics
Pros: I learned a ton about last-mile delivery and supply chain management. The team in the Jakarta office was generally supportive, which made long days a bit easier. It's a dynamic industry.
Cons: The hours can be really demanding, especially for operations roles like a Logistics Coordinator. Weekend work was common, and it felt like there wasn't much room for a personal life. The onsite requirement meant less flexibility too.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer expectations for working hours, especially for Logistics Coordinator roles. Overtime recognition or more structured shift work could help improve employee well-being and prevent burnout in our key operations. It's tough, but critical for retention.

Decent place for entry-level logistics, but growth is slow
Pros: Good for learning the ropes of e-commerce shipping operations. You get hands-on experience quickly as an Operations Specialist. The team in the Jakarta office is generally supportive, which makes the daily grind easier.
Cons: Career growth for logistics roles here is pretty slow. There aren't many clear paths to move up, even with good performance. Promotions often feel based on seniority rather than merit, which is frustrating in the delivery service industry.
Advice to Management: Create more defined career paths for operational staff. Invest in training and development to help people move into higher logistics roles based on merit, not just time served.
