Cons: Upper leadership often lacks a clear strategy for product development. There's a lot of micromanagement from some managers, which just isn't effective. For many QA roles, career growth felt incredibly slow and often political.
Advice to Management: Senior leaders need to set a clearer vision and communicate it better. Trust your teams more and step back from micromanaging. Invest in proper leadership training.
