Pros: The base salary for Financial Analyst roles is pretty solid for the Reno/Sparks area. You can expect decent pay in the geothermal energy industry here. It's a mid-size company, so it's fair.
Cons: Health benefits really aren't great. High deductibles make it tough to use. Also, the 401k match isn't super generous. I've seen better at other renewable energy firms.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the health insurance plans and increasing the 401k match. It would really help with employee retention, especially for newer talent joining the company.
