Decent Place, Workload Can Be Heavy

Hybrid Model Offers Some Give and Take

Pros: As a Software Engineer here, the hybrid model is decent for enterprise software development. We get a couple of WFH days, which is a lifesaver for avoiding the Kuala Lumpur traffic. It's not fully remote, but it's a start.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like the WFH days are fixed and not really flexible based on project needs. There's pressure to be in the Kuala Lumpur office more often than not, especially for team meetings. It can be tough balancing personal stuff with the set onsite days.
