Pros: The pay and benefits are pretty decent for a large corporate environment. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, I got to work on some really interesting clinical trials. My immediate team members were awesome and always ready to help.
Cons: Upper leadership often feels out of touch. Communication about big changes, especially concerning new medical device projects, isn't great. It makes it hard to plan for those of us in the Boston office.
Advice to Management: Try to connect more with the day-to-day operations. Give clearer goals and better support to managers. It would really help overall morale and project success.
