Okay Work-Life, Tough for Logistics Roles
Pros: You learn a lot in logistics operations. The Singapore office team is pretty supportive, which helps during busy periods. We usually stick to 45-hour weeks, which is decent for a mid-sized company in this industry.
Cons: Sometimes, as a Logistics Coordinator, you get completely swamped with urgent import/export tasks, often pushing hours past 6 PM. There's not much work flexibility here; WFH isn't really an option for these onsite roles, making personal appointments tough.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a hybrid model for suitable roles to improve work-life balance for the team, especially for critical supply chain personnel. Show more
