Decent Work-Life if You're Okay with Retail Shifts
Pros: You can often swap shifts with other Sales Associates if you need time off, which helps with personal appointments. It's a mid-sized company, so there's some flexibility there. Working with Apple products is cool.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough during peak sales seasons. We often worked long hours, especially weekends and holidays at the Kuala Lumpur office. Hitting sales targets can add a lot of pressure, making it hard to switch off after your onsite work.
Advice to Management: Try to staff up more during busy periods to lessen the burden on existing Sales Associates. Better compensation for weekend and holiday work would also help improve morale. Show more
