Okay Flex, But Long Hours for Junior Roles

Pros: They've got a decent hybrid model now, which is better than fully in-office. It's nice to WFH a couple days a week for legal roles. For senior legal associates, there's generally more trust and flexibility.
Cons: The billable hours are still intense, especially for junior legal associates. You can WFH, but you're still expected to be online really late. It's not true work-life balance even with the hybrid options.
Advice to Management: Really look at the billable hour targets for junior legal associates. More flexible targets would make the hybrid model actually work for us. True work-life balance needs to be a priority. Show more
