Pay is okay, benefits could be better
It's an okay place to work, but the pay just wasn't cutting it for me. I did appreciate the flexibility, though.
The health insurance is actually pretty good, which helps. For a Marketing Coordinator, the PTO is decent starting out, so that's a plus. They also have a standard 401k match.
My base salary felt low for the Austin, TX market, especially for hybrid roles. There aren't many chances for bonuses, which is a bummer. I always felt like my compensation wasn't competitive.
Seriously review compensation ranges, especially for roles like Marketing Coordinator. It's tough to retain good talent without competitive pay.
