Leadership needs to step up their game

Pros: Management here is pretty chill sometimes, which is nice. As an HVAC Technician, you get a lot of independence on service calls. The team generally has each other's backs on the onsite field work, which helps make the day better.
Cons: The main problem is communication from the top. It feels like upper management often makes decisions without really understanding how it impacts daily HVAC services. There's not much clear direction or recognition for hard work in this family-owned business.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with the team. Get feedback from us technicians on the ground before making big changes. Maybe even some leadership training could help improve overall operations and morale. Show more
