Culture's okay, but leadership could be better
Pros: The teams here are pretty solid and collaborative. As a Software Engineer, I've found my immediate peers in the Austin, TX office to be really supportive. The hybrid work model is also a definite plus, making work-life balance decent for tech roles.
Cons: It's tough when company culture feels a bit inconsistent, especially with leadership. Communication from management for our big tech initiatives can be super vague sometimes, which affects everyone in engineering roles. There's not much recognition for hard work either.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication from senior leadership and implement a better system for employee recognition across all engineering teams. This would really help boost morale.
