Cons: There's a real lack of communication between departments. It often feels like a silo culture. Also, flexibility isn't their strong suit; it's mostly onsite work.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on fostering better cross-departmental communication. More social events could help break down those silos and improve the company culture.
