Okay Place to Start in Automotive

Pros: The team here is really friendly. As a Sales Executive, I felt supported by my colleagues. There's a strong sense of camaraderie among the staff in the Penang office, which makes onsite work much better.
Cons: Company culture can feel a bit old-school sometimes. It's tough to bring new ideas to the table, especially for sales roles. Career progression isn't always clear.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace new ideas more often. Modernizing some processes would really help. Also, make career paths clearer for people, especially in sales. Show more
