We have 20 years of experience with providing competitive solutions to industrial latex & rubber, paint & coating, polymer compounds, flexible lamination, pigment & additive for a wide variety of uses including processing, manufacturing, research and development, compounding and application.

Leadership is okay, but needs work
Pros: The team here is truly supportive; colleagues always help each other out. For a mid-sized tech company in Kuala Lumpur, the benefits package is pretty decent. You get some solid folks working with you on software development.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty inconsistent. It often felt like senior management struggled to communicate clear directions for our software engineering projects. Sometimes, they seem a bit out of touch with what we're actually doing daily.
Advice to Management: Really try to improve top-down communication. Get more involved with the actual challenges our engineering teams face. It would make a huge difference. Show more
