Pros: I really appreciate the full remote work arrangement. It's a huge benefit for my work-life balance, especially for folks in instructional design roles. Not having to commute saves a ton of time.
Cons: Even though it's remote, they have pretty strict core hours you need to be online for meetings and collaboration. It makes real work flexibility tougher than I expected from a WFH job. Async work isn't really a thing here for us.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible core hours or allowing teams to manage their async work better. True work flexibility would boost morale.
