Okay stability for retail, but be ready.

Pros: As a Retail Sales Associate, the base hours are pretty solid. You get your scheduled shifts and generally don't worry about being cut. There's always a need for staff across the corporate retail chain, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Job security really depends on hitting those sales targets, especially when things slow down. There's not much room for error, and they can be quick to replace if performance drops. Hard to feel totally secure long-term.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more support and training for associates who are struggling with sales, instead of just focusing on replacements. Better incentives for long-term loyalty would help. Show more
