Our mission is to transform individuals, families, and communities out of poverty into lasting well-being by connecting bright minds to complex challenges plaguing people around the globe.
Since our inception, we have been integrating volunteers into worthy non-profits and charities around the world. Every year our volunteers travel to work on projects in collaboration with communities in Africa, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Pros: The `hybrid work` option for `Impact Investment Analyst` roles is a solid perk. I could usually `work from home` two days a week, which really helped my `work-life balance`. It's great to avoid the `San Francisco` commute a few times.
Cons: But it's not consistent across the board. Some project teams demand everyone `onsite` pretty much all week. There's not much flexibility during crunch times, which can be frequent in `impact investing`.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize `work flexibility` policies across all teams. It's really tough when some roles get a lot of remote time and others are stuck `onsite` constantly, even for similar output-based tasks. Consistency would improve morale.
