Okay Culture, but Needs Some Modernizing
Pros: The team spirit among the Production Engineers is strong. People help each other out daily in the manufacturing plant. We often share best practices for steel processing, which is great for learning and a solid support system for onsite roles.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit rigid. New ideas don't always get heard, especially from junior staff, and it's mostly top-down decision making. Work-life balance can get tough during peak production for automotive industry supply, leading to longer onsite hours.
Advice to Management: Try to listen more to staff on the ground. Empower teams to suggest improvements, especially for daily operations. Modernizing communication would also help overall engagement.
