Cilantro Culinary Academy is the largest private vocational academy with expertise in both culinary and pastry fields in Malaysia. Established since 2006, we are a highly respectable Professional Chef Training Academy that located in USJ, Subang Jaya. Being the pioneer in the culinary and pastry education, our establishment is well-known in the culinary and pastry education and also in the F&B industry, especially among the Hoteliers. Our graduates are highly sought after by renowned hotels, fine dining restaurants and international chain restaurants in Malaysia and Singapore.
