Solid place if you want steady work

Pros: The firm is really stable. You don't worry about layoffs much in the accounting industry, especially here in the Toronto office. For an Entry-level Accountant, the work is consistent and always there.
Cons: But career growth can feel slow. It's tough to see a clear path for advancement past Junior Accountant. They could do more to engage staff beyond just tasks.
Advice to Management: Focus on internal promotions and clearer paths for advancement. This would help retain good talent. Show more
