Our benchmark started long ago as a member of the Real Estate and Housing Developer's Association Malaysia (REDHA), overlooking various businesses industries such as property development , hotel, retail convenience stores & engineering.

Growth is okay, but you need to push
Pros: You get to work on decent-sized property development projects. There's a chance to pick up new skills if you're proactive, especially if you work closely with senior project managers.
Cons: Formal career pathing isn't really a thing here. As an Assistant Project Manager, it's hard to see the next step without clear guidance. Promotions often feel more about who you know, not a solid performance review process.
