Okay flexibility, depends on your team here

Pros: You can get some work from home days if your direct manager is cool with it. It's helpful for Junior Auditor roles when you're not out on client site. The hybrid work setup is a decent perk for the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: True work flexibility often depends on who your manager is, not a firm-wide policy. During busy periods, like tax seasons, WFH is almost impossible. It's not truly flexible for core accounting firm duties when deadlines hit.
Advice to Management: Standardize the work from home policy across all departments so it's not manager-dependent. Provide more clear guidelines for hybrid work, especially for core accounting firm roles during less busy periods. Show more
