Decent flexibility, but some late nights for software development
Pros: Work-life balance here is pretty solid most of the time. We get hybrid work options, which is a huge plus for me in the Kuala Lumpur office. As a Software Engineer, I appreciate the flexibility and it helps my daily commute.
Cons: Sometimes, during crunch times for big projects or tight agile sprints, it's tough to stick to a 40-hour week. You might pull a few late nights to meet deadlines in software development. It can impact personal plans a bit too often.
