Decent work, but flexibility is tough here
Pros: The team at the Johor Bahru plant is pretty solid. Everyone helps out, especially with urgent plastic injection molding deadlines. You do learn a lot about manufacturing operations here, which is good for developing skills.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing as a Production Engineer. It's strictly onsite, with no WFH options even for planning days. My schedule feels pretty rigid, making personal appointments tough to manage and impacts overall work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Management should really consider offering some hybrid options or more flexible scheduling. It would greatly improve employee morale and retention for those of us in critical onsite roles. Show more
