Tough on work-life balance for designers

Pros: You get solid hands-on experience with real interior design projects pretty quickly. The team is usually supportive, and I learned a ton about managing actual fit-out deadlines. Good exposure to diverse clients.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, I'm not going to lie. Expect to work late often, especially when those project deadlines hit hard. The onsite work means less flexibility, and your weekends can sometimes get eaten up too.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project timelines better to help avoid constant crunch times. More respect for personal time would really boost morale for the whole design team. Show more
