Pros: I enjoyed the team spirit in the Kuala Lumpur office. We often had team lunches and informal gatherings, which helped for onsite work. There's a solid sense of camaraderie among fellow Software Engineers.
Cons: Upper management doesn't always seem to understand the daily grind for technical roles. Communication about company-wide changes can be pretty slow. Sometimes it feels like they forget about the staff on the ground.
Advice to Management: Try to engage more directly with the engineering teams. Transparency from leadership would really boost morale and improve the company culture across the board. Listen to your Software Engineers.
