Pros: For senior roles or partners, there's some flexibility. I've heard some attorneys get hybrid options, which is good. You can occasionally leave early for an appointment if it's approved.
Cons: As a Legal Assistant, it's mostly onsite work, almost always. Don't count on WFH here; it's not a common thing for junior staff in this law firm. Client meetings and court filings mean fixed hours.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more work-from-home days or flexible hours for all staff, not just a select few. It would really help with morale and reduce burnout for junior team members.
