Job Security is Decent, But Could Improve

Pros: The company's position in the fintech industry feels solid, so the core business isn't going anywhere. For software development roles, there's always a market, so you don't feel completely stuck if things go sideways.
Cons: Leadership changes happen pretty often; it made things feel shaky sometimes for us. Layoff rumors circulated a lot, especially for newer developers in the Austin office, which really hurt morale.
Advice to Management: Communicate more clearly about company direction and avoid sudden departmental reorgs. It would really help calm nerves about job stability for all employees. Show more
