Hybrid Model Helps, But It's Still Demanding

Pros: They really do try with a hybrid model. As an Operations Associate, I found I could WFH a couple of days. It helps balance personal stuff when you're not always in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Even with the hybrid setup, the workload in the ride-sharing industry is intense. Expect longer hours, especially around peak times for this startup. True flexibility can be tough to achieve when deadlines loom.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to really look at workload distribution. The hybrid model is good, but it doesn't solve burnout if the expectations are unrealistic for the ride-sharing pace. Show more
