Work-Life Balance is Okay, Has Its Ups and Downs

Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model; it really helps on some days. As a Software Engineer, the flexibility to WFH a few times a week is a big plus. My team is generally supportive which makes tough projects easier.
Cons: Project deadlines can be pretty intense in the tech industry here. There's often pressure to work longer hours, especially before major releases. It's not always easy to switch off, which impacts personal time.
