Pros: You get decent exposure to diverse engineering projects, which is great for a Project Engineer. I've learned a lot about structural design and site management in the civil engineering sector. The team's pretty supportive, too.
Cons: Career growth feels really slow here. Promotions are rare for junior roles, and there isn't a clear path for advancement. I felt stuck after a couple of years; my progression as an engineer wasn't really happening.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to create clearer career development plans. Show employees what it takes to get promoted and how they can grow their skills.
