Leadership is inconsistent, needs work

Pros: My direct managers are generally supportive, especially for those in junior project manager roles. I've learned a lot about the manufacturing industry processes here in the Kuala Lumpur office. The team camaraderie is decent, which helps get through tough spots.
Cons: The higher-up leadership feels pretty disconnected from daily operations. Decisions can take ages, which really impacts our project timelines. There isn't much clear direction from the C-suite, making it tough to plan ahead.
Advice to Management: Senior leadership needs to engage more with mid-level management and project teams. Streamline decision-making to avoid delays, especially in critical manufacturing industry projects. Focus on clear communication and setting a consistent vision. Show more
