Leadership's Vision is Good, Execution Can Be Tough
Pros: I really liked the flexibility of working remote as an Instructional Designer. It helps a lot with my work-life balance. The mission for online education here is genuinely inspiring.
Cons: Leadership often seems disorganized with e-learning development projects. Timelines shift way too often, which is tough on the team. Communication from the top isn't always consistent either, causing confusion.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication strategies from the executive team. Set more realistic project timelines for e-learning development, too. Empower your team leads more to make decisions. Show more
