Culture is Mixed for IT Professionals

Pros: The team camaraderie among fellow developers is strong here. We often help each other out, which is great for project delivery in this software development company. Onsite, there's a good vibe with colleagues.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially for IT roles in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's common to work extra hours, and there's not much recognition for it. The corporate culture feels a bit top-down sometimes.
Advice to Management: Listen more to team leads and provide clearer paths for career progression in IT services. Employee recognition programs would really help boost morale and improve the corporate culture. Show more
