Decent place for digital marketing, but culture needs work

Pros: As a Digital Content Creator, I've had some good chances to work on diverse projects here at this mid-sized digital marketing agency. The hybrid work model in Kuala Lumpur is a plus, offering flexibility a couple of days a week.
Cons: Honestly, the company culture can feel a bit cliquey sometimes. There's not always clear communication from leadership, especially for junior marketing roles, which makes career growth tough. The pressure during project deadlines can be intense, too.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a more inclusive team environment and improve leadership transparency. Regular feedback for Digital Content Creators and other marketing roles would really help. Show more
