Pros: I liked the hybrid work model. Being able to WFH a few days a week from my Kuala Lumpur home made a difference. Team members were generally supportive too.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Consultant can be really tough though. Client deadlines are constant, so you often work over 40 hours. There's pressure to deliver on every project.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workload distribution and client expectations. Employee well-being should be a higher priority, especially for those in key advisory services roles.
