Pros: You get solid experience with client projects. The team collaboration is pretty good on most days. It's a stable company, so job security felt decent as a Junior Project Manager.
Cons: Career growth is really slow for project management roles. There aren't many clear paths to move up. I felt like I wasn't challenged enough after a while. Training opportunities for professional development are pretty limited.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into creating clearer career paths for employees. Invest more in professional development and internal training. This would help retain talent in our project management teams and across the company.
