Pros: As a Junior Consultant, the base salary was pretty competitive for management consulting right out of college. I felt like the initial offer was fair, especially for the Boston, MA area. They do pay on time, which is always a plus.
Cons: The health insurance premiums are really high, which eats into your take-home pay. The 401k match isn't great either, definitely lower than what I've seen at other corporate firms. Annual raises seem pretty minimal.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the benefits package, especially health insurance costs and 401k matching. It would help retain talent in tech consulting.
