Digital Marketing Specialist
3.0

Decent company, but work flexibility is just okay.
Pros: Is the hybrid work flexible? Yeah, it's a big plus for a corporate environment like iProperty Group. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I appreciate being able to work remote sometimes, especially to handle personal stuff. The team leadership is usually understanding if you need a little time off.
Cons: But that work flexibility isn't super consistent across all teams. You're generally expected in the Kuala Lumpur office at least 3 days a week, which feels a bit rigid for a property portal company. It's tough to get full remote options, even when your digital marketing job could totally be done from home.
Advice to Management: Seriously look into offering more true remote work options for roles that don't require daily physical presence. It would really improve morale and attract top talent in the real estate tech industry.
