Work-life balance is a real challenge here

Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is genuinely great. You'll find a supportive environment amongst your fellow software developer roles. There's good camaraderie, which helps get through the tough days.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty bad, especially for the engineering teams. Expect regular late nights and some weekend work before project deployments. It's tough to maintain personal commitments with the constant pressure.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to rethink project timelines and resource allocation. Constant crunch mode for software development isn't sustainable long-term and leads to burnout. Show more
