Growth is Slow Here, Be Prepared
Pros: I've learned a lot about the elderly care product market here, which is pretty niche. As a Marketing Coordinator, you get to touch different aspects of e-commerce operations in this small company. It's a good place to start if you're fresh out of school and want to learn basics.
Cons: There's not much of a clear path for career growth once you've been here for a bit. For digital marketing professionals looking to advance, opportunities are pretty limited in the Kuala Lumpur office. It feels like you hit a ceiling quickly, and promotions don't really happen often.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about creating clearer career paths and opportunities for advancement. It'd help keep good people around longer.
