Okay for growth, but job security is iffy

Pros: You'll learn a ton about new tech in the IT solutions space. As a Solutions Consultant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I got solid project exposure. The team is pretty supportive when you're working through tough project deadlines.
Cons: Job security is a real concern here; it often feels project-dependent. There's not much transparency when big projects end, which leaves you wondering about your next role. It's tough when the project pipeline isn't consistent.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more upfront about the project pipeline and future roles for Solutions Consultants. Try to find ways to offer more consistent job security, even with project-based work. Show more
