Okay place, but culture needs a tweak

Pros: The team in the Singapore office is pretty tight-knit. We often help each other out, especially with complex electronics equipment sales. It's a decent environment for an onsite role if you like that vibe.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school, not much room for new ideas. As a Sales Executive, I've seen resistance to modern sales techniques. There's not a lot of feedback from management, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Management should really listen to new ideas from employees. Modernize some processes, especially in sales and how we approach engineering projects. Show more
