Decent for IT Support, but beware client demands
Pros: I like the hybrid work arrangement; it's a solid perk for us IT Support Engineers. There's good exposure to various IT services and technologies, which helps with career growth. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough when client issues pop up late. Sometimes, as an IT Support Engineer, you're on call more than expected. It's not a true 9-to-5 always, especially in this IT industry.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and resource allocation. Implementing clearer on-call schedules would really help prevent burnout for the IT Support team.
