Cons: Career growth is pretty slow, honestly. As a Project Engineer in the Kuala Lumpur office, there aren't many opportunities to move up unless someone leaves. The company also doesn't invest much in professional development or advanced training.
Advice to Management: Management should really create more defined career progression plans for technical roles like Project Engineers. Investing in some external training or certification programs would also help a lot with employee retention and skill development.
